RailroadWestbrook was originally established as a roadway design firm almost 40 years ago. In that time we have helped villages, townships, cities, counties, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to create and improve their roads, streets, and highways. We take your budgetary and time constraints into account as well as any aesthetic wishes. For example, we realigned a roadway to save our client the costs of relocating existing structures. We also designed a highway so that it integrated well with the adjacent park and golf course. Our well-qualified roadway design staff is available, experienced, and very familiar with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Facilities Development Process. Westbrook has the in-house capabilities to complete the survey, right of way documents and plats, environmental documents, public involvement, and construction plans and specs that will be required on your highway project.
