Survey
Whether you are a commercial developer who requires a CSM or a
private individual who needs a boundary survey,
Westbrook's Professional Land Surveyors can help. We offer the following types of surveys:

Boundary
Survey: Working with a recorded descriptions survey to locate the
existing corners of the parcel and reset missing corners.

Certified Survey Map (CSM): Can be used as a minor subdivision of land
to create up to four parcels of land within a time limit, or to alter
exterior boundary lines of a subdivision.

Subdivision Plats:
Used in the creation of a number of lots in a residential, commercial or
industrial development.

Condominium Plat: The plat that is required as part of documentation
in development of a condominium.

As-Built Survey: A survey locating improvements that can show recorded
easements and location of improvements in relationship to the exterior
boundaries.

ALTA/ACSM Survey: An as-built survey done in accordance with the
standards set by the American Land Title Associates (ALTA) and the
American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM).

Topographic Survey: A detailed map that normally shows natural terrain
along with existing buildings, utilities, roads, easements of record. A
topographic map can be developed from field measurements or from aerial photogrametry.

Construction Stakeout Services: Westbrook offer stakeout services

positioning survey (GPS) equipment, to produce results of the highest
