Value Engineering
A June 2002 Federal Highway Administration survey showed that State
highway and transportation departments saved taxpayers more than $932
million in fiscal 2001 by applying value engineering methods and
techniques.
Westbrook has performed value engineering studies on numerous projects to
improve the quality of the finished product, minimize costs, shorten the
project duration, ensure that acceptable
safety measures are taken into consideration in the design, and reduce or eliminate environmental impacts.
We can offer the same results for your project.
This method dovetails with the Westbrook ethic of looking at a project
from all angles and reevaluating assumptions to anticipate and resolve
potential problems before you break ground.
Contact our
Structural Engineering Department for more information on value engineering.
