Westbrook was originally established as a roadway design firm almost 30 years ago. In that time we have helped villages, townships, cities, counties and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to create and improve their roads, streets and highways.

We take your budgetary and time constraints into account as well as any aesthetic wishes. For example, we realigned a roadway to save our client the costs of relocating existing structures. We also designed a highway so that it integrated well with the adjacent park and golf course.
