WOW!  It’s December in WI already!  Where has the year gone?  So far only one small snowstorm here and it was gone in a couple days due to the beautiful weather we have been having.  Really can’t complain when we are still averaging in the 40′s.   Although the forcast for the upcoming week is looking a tad bit colder…highs in the 20′s.  Time to get out the winter coats!

With the nice weather we have been able to continue with survey work.  The Survey team is still out and about WI working to finish up before the snow hits (and it will eventually )

The Construction dept. is also still out in the field.  They are in the WI Dells – Portage area working on the I-90 project. 

We are doing a little construction of our own here in the office.  Our Administrative Manager is getting a new office space built up for her and it will be a nice addition.

We have also re-hired Allen DeSchepper.  He left the company to pursue his Masters Degree and we are honored to have him back on staff.  He will be working closely with Jeff and also with the Structural and Bridge Departments.

Happy Fall! 

Wow!  It seems summer has flown by.  Everything and everyone is in full swing here at Westbrook.  All the Construction Managers, Surveyors, as well as our Engineers have been very busy.  We are working on projects in Alabama, Tennessee, Minnesota, as well as right here in Wisconsin.  The surveyors are still busy out in the field working on various jobs.  The Construction team is busy in WI Dells on the I-90 project.  We also have work with the WIDOT, MDOT, and FDOT. 

The Bridge Department is hard at work as well.  They have been up in Kenosha County recently for some Bridge Inspections.  And Mike Carpenter is heading to an Underwater Inspection seminar for a week this month. 

Also on the agenda this month is our Quarterly Office  Meeting.  We will be having a cookout following the meeting and enjoy a nice lunch with all the employees who are in the office that day.

We are very busy right now heading into the summer season.  We are currently working on jobs in Portage, WI, Dillon, CO, Clarksville, TN as well as many in office jobs.  The survey department is out and about as well  working on state highways and  in small neighboring towns such as Plain.
