Palmer Promoted to Construction Services Project Manager

Aaron Palmer, P.E. was recently promoted to construction services project manager at Westbrook Associated Engineers. In his new position, Palmer will primarily focus on transportation construction engineering services for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as well as county and municipal projects surrounding Sauk County. He will oversee the construction inspection and materials testing teams as well as manage all construction contracts.

Palmer joined Westbrook in 2001 as a senior construction inspector. He brings nine years of construction inspection experience to his new position. Palmer is a registered engineer of Wisconsin and earned his bachelors degree in civil engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Westbrook Associated Engineers is a civil engineering firm specializing in highway, bridge and structural design, construction inspection and land surveying services.
