Roadway Design Projects
USH 45 – Jackson Street, Oshkosh
- Winnebago County, WI
This urban project in Oshkosh,
Wisconsin consisted of reconstructing 1.2 miles of Jackson Street (USH
45) from a two-lane roadway with parking to a four-lane roadway without
parking. The project limits included a Historic District and the design
was coordinated to include mitigation items such as architectural
lighting, historic banners and retaining walls.
Westbrook conducted 1.5 miles of capacity
analysis for both signalized and unsignalized intersections.
