Roadway Design Projects

East Racine Street, Janesville, Rock County, WI

Westbrook received the WisDOT 1996 Annual Award for Excellence in Highway Design for Best Roadway Design for this project. The design of this one-mile-long urban reconstruction included a ramp design. Due to its location adjacent to a golf course and park, this roadway was designed to be aesthetically pleasing.
