This project involved reconstructing an urban two-lane
highway to a four-lane divided highway.
Construction items included asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete
curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, earthwork,
traffic signals, and a retaining wall.
Westbrook provided full on-site engineering services to include
construction administration, surveying, and inspection. Project
length is 0.7 miles. Construction cost were $2 million. Construction 2001.
