Experience Summary
Mr.
DeSchepper joined Westbrook in June of
2002 as a design engineer. Initially
working with the local bridge
replacement program, he assisted
in the design of bridges and roadways
for numerous bridge replacement
projects for the Wisconsin Department
of Transportation. He currently works
in the structures department and has
experience in designing temporary
bridges, rating existing bridges,
designing construction falsework and
shoring systems, and developing repair
procedures for rehabilitation of
existing structures. He is familiar
with all applicable structural design
codes, including AASHTO Standard
Specification for Highway Bridges and
AASHTO Guide Specification for Bridge
Temporary Works.
