Vesperman joined

CAD Supervisor and
Computer System
Manager. He is

management and
training of all CAD
employees, and the
development of all
computer generated
drawings. He is

AUTOCAD, Eagle
Point, Softdesk,
Word Perfect, Lotus
123, and other
software.

1984 to April 1994,
Mr. Vesperman worked
for Warzyn/EWI/Woodward-Clyde
as a Civil
Engineering
Technician and
Professional
Assistant. Under the
supervision of a
licensed engineer,
he performed many
design functions and
field coordination
duties for senior
design staff. He
also was responsible
for drafting
structural plans and
specifications, and
compiled engineering
data for input as
part of the
computer-assisted
design process. Mr.
Vesperman became
familiar with heavy
civil construction
building materials,
including wood,
concrete, steel,
masonry, and
pre-cast concrete.
From
1974 to 1984, Mr.
Vesperman worked for
Flad & Associates as
a Structural
Engineering
Technician. He was
responsible for the
layout and drafting
of many different
structural projects.
