Experience Summary

Ms. Ringelstetter joined Westbrook in 1989. She is the project manager for the construction materials department supervising a staff of six personnel. She has 29 years of experience working with aggregates, including 15 years with quality management programs for concrete and 7 years in the management of materials and DOT projects.

Ms. Ringelstetter has provided technical training as a lab instructor for the Highway Technician Certification program at the UW-Platteville since 2000.

Prior to joining Westbrook, she spent 14 years working for Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc. as a Materials Testing Technician.
