engineer with Duffy Engineering and Associates of Sauk
Rapids, MN. He provided structural design services on a
variety of small to mid-sized commercial multi-unit
residential buildings.
From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Carpenter was an
engineer with Widseth Smith Nolting of Crookston, MN. He
inspected and designed numerous street and utility
construction projects.
