John Stolzman, P.E.

In September 2001, Mr. Stolzman joined Westbrook Associated Engineers, Inc. as a Highway Design Engineer. He is familiar with the WisDOT Facilities Development Manual process and all design standards .

From 1997 to 2001, Speedway Sand and Gravel, Inc. employed Mr. Stolzman. While there he supervised projects; performed site layout including buildings, water, sanitary, storm sewer, curb and gutter, soccer fields, ball fields, tennis courts, landfills, and other aspects of site development; estimated quantities and bid on projects; and used AGTEK, robotic total station, AutoCAD, and Microstation applications.
