Experience Summary
Mr. Kintz joined Westbrook Associated
Engineers, Inc. in August 1992. He works as a Project
Manager on rural and urban highway design projects. He is
familiar with Eagle Point roadway design software and has
attended advanced training classes for traffic signal
design and bike trail design. Mr. Kintz has designed
various bicycle facilities, including bicycle paths and
bike lane projects that were funded by I.S.T.E.A.
Mr. Kintz was employed as a Project
Superintendent for Kraemer Brothers, Inc., from April 1986
to August 1992. He was responsible for all equipment,
materials, and work force for building construction
projects located in Illinois and Wisconsin.
