Experience Summary
Mr. Bromley
joined Westbrook as a full-time design engineer in 2001. Since
that time Alex has become knowledgeable in standard design
practices for both urban and rural highway projects. He is also
involved with construction inspection, survey and construction
management projects.
Alex was part of Westbrook’s co-op student program in 2000, during which time he worked on survey and road design projects. Prior to working with Westbrook, Alex worked a summer internship with the City of Dubuque as a Construction Inspector. |
