Experience Summary    

Mr. Palmer joined Westbrook in 2001. He is a Vice-President and the lead project manager for construction management projects. He has also has experience as an inspector, materials tester and assistant engineer on multiple WisDOT and municipal jobs. Aaron also performs some surveying duties.

Prior to joining Westbrook he worked as a Project Engineer for Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates.

 

From 1996–2000, Mr. Palmer served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, achieving the rank of Captain. There he managed multiple projects ranging from airfield construction to the construction of timber trestle bridges on Ft. Bragg’s running trails.
